The company specializes in the production and sales of precision tubes, welded tubes, special shaped tubes and the customization and processing of tubes in accordance with various national standards and nonstandard. The products are widely applied and have good reputation in the enterprises of rubber machinery, pull rod and so on.
There are various equipments for production, examination and test in the company, involving instrument lathes, vertical drilling machines, bench drilling machines, automatic pipe cutting machines, 15T pressing machines and 30T pressing machines etc., furthermore, the company has amassed rich experience in management and abundant technical strength.
The products has the merits of high size precision and good scalability, can be easily processed into various shapes without shrinkage or flattening, and can be directly installed without acid pickling and derusting after the inner holes and diameter have been phosphatized and derusted. The specification of outer diameter (D) varies from 8mm to 80mm while that of thickness within 0.5mm~12mm, or can be customized.
